Kids Connect
Kids Connect is a virtual group for kids with Selective Mutism and Social Anxiety. Our groups target social confidence, peer connection, and effective communication. We intentionally place children together by age, interests, and goals.

Dyads
Improve conversational comfort and fluency in an SM practitioner facilitated dyad (2 children, 1 provider) that includes real-time coaching and promotes genuine relationship development. Dyads are formed upon availability with an appropriate match.

Parent Support
Join a support group for parents to learn about special issues related to parenting a child with Selective Mutism, Autism, or other behavioral diagnoses. These are live groups with live discussions that include guidance, education, and inspiration. In person and virtual.

Triple S: STEAM + Social Skills
Triple S is an in-person small group for kids who would benefit from live support to develop and refine social skills, peer connection, and group collaboration. Hosted out of an art studio, this group works on weekly STEAM projects to promote and support the sharing of conversation, ideas, opinions, and the self with others. Our current group is open to kids ages 10-14 yrs. Some exceptions can be made for the appropriate fit.

Flex: ACT Small Group
Flex is virtual small group for tween and teen girls with SM, social anxiety or GAD. The focus of this group is ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) activities and education to promote increased psychological flexibility, self-understanding, and engagement in the social world. Skills learned in this group aid in reducing the power of anxiety, self-criticism, & the fear of judgment. Move past anxiety and towards a life of intention and freedom.

Momentum: Goal-Getters Small Group
Momentum is a virtual small group for tween and teen girls with SM and/or social anxiety. Together, we gain and maintain motivation, work towards specific social and personal goals, share triumphs and challenges, and keep each other inspired and accountable. This group is aimed at propelling teens forward with a little extra gusto. Meets Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm CST.

Our camp models itself after a naturalistic summer camp experience and aims to promote social confidence and peer connection. An introductory appointment is typically a 20-30 min phone call. Parent & Caregiver Rotating Book Club
New Session Begins Fall 2024
Join us as we delve into important topics related to behavioral health through a guided reading and book study. Our group meets weekly for 6-8 weeks per book.
